If your item has a manufacturing defect or breaks within this period, we are happy to offer a free repair or exchange.

Simply contact us with your order details, and we’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days with further instructions.

Please Note:

Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues caused by improper care.
